1.1 Scope of application
KYN550 indoor armored withdrawable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN550 switchgear) is applied to complete sets of power distribution equipment for 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and single busbar segmented systems. It features the "five-prevention" interlocking function, which prevents the circuit breaker truck from being pushed or pulled with load, prevents the circuit breaker from being mistakenly opened or closed, prevents the circuit breaker from being closed when the grounding switch is in the closed position, prevents unauthorized access to live compartments, and prevents the grounding switch from being mistakenly closed when live. Equipped with an indoor medium-voltage solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker truck, it is a superior power distribution equipment. The KYN550 is designed with a compact size, with a cabinet width of only 550mm. The compact and miniaturized design of KYN550-12 saves a significant amount of power distribution space for customers, and is mainly used in commercial and industrial buildings, real estate, data centers, and other industrial power grid locationss with miniaturization requirements.
1.2 Installation conditions
Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -25℃;
Altitude: The maximum altitude for equipment installation is 1000m;
Ambient temperature: daily average value ≤95, monthly average value ≤90%;
Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 on the scale;
The surrounding air should be free from significant contamination by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc;
In the absence of severe contamination and frequent intense vibrations, the severity design under harsh conditions should meet the requirements of Category 1.
1.3 Product Features and Structure
The switchgear is composed of two major parts: the cabinet body and the mid-mounted withdrawable components (i.e., handcarts). The cabinet body is divided into four separate compartments, with an enclosure protection level of IP4X. When the doors between the compartments and the circuit breaker compartment are opened, the protection level is IP2X. It features overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, and other functional schemes. After arrangement and combination, it can become a power distribution device in various schemes. This switchgear can be installed, debugged, and maintained from the front, so it can be arranged in a double row back-to-back or installed against a wall, improving the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reducing the footprint.
