1.1 Scope of application
The GT-SRM-12 cable test outlet type SF6 gas-insulated ring main unit (hereinafter referred to as the "gas-filled cabinet") is a high-voltage power distribution core equipment specially developed and designed by our company for overseas markets. This product meets the requirements of overseas countries for conducting voltage withstand tests directly on the ring main unit without removing the cables. At the same time, due to its characteristics of being unaffected by external environmental factors such as condensation, pollution, high altitude, small animals, and chemical substances, as well as its small size and maintenance-free nature, it has been widely applied in power distribution systems with high reliability requirements, such as urban commercial centers, industrial concentrated areas, airports, electrified railways, subways, and highways.
1.2 Installation conditions
Environmental temperature: The ambient air temperature has an upper limit of +40℃ and a lower limit of -40℃, with an average temperature not exceeding 35℃ within 24 hours;
Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;
Relative humidity: daily average value ≤95%, monthly average value ≤90%;
Seismic resistance: 8-degree intensity, ground horizontal acceleration ≤ 0.4g, ground vertical acceleration ≤ 0.2g.
Note: Please contact our company if the conditions exceed the normal usage conditions.
1.3 Product Features and Structure
■ High-strength, high-sealing, fully insulated safety design
The gas-filled cabinet adopts a fully insulated and sealed structure, integrating the main components of the primary circuit inside a sealed stainless steel box and filling it with low-pressure SF6 gas as the insulating medium. The incoming and outgoing line ends are connected through cable connectors, ensuring that the overall system is not disturbed by the external environment. The gas box has a protection level of up to IP67, and the external components are specially designed and surface treated to exhibit excellent anti-condensation performance, while also achieving short-term resistance
Flood function.
■Standard modular design
Equipped with a series of standardized unit modules, covering categories such as load switch unit C, load switch-fuse combination unit F, circuit breaker unit V, busbar PT unit P, cable feeder unit B, and metering unit M, various modules can be freely combined as needed to form a common-box gas-filled cabinet.
■ Flexible and adaptable expansion design
It supports two combination modes: one is to form a common box type non-extensible ring main unit through standard module collocations; the other is to design it as an extensible unit, allowing for diversified unit configurations through dedicated busbar connectors, thus maximally meeting the complex power supply and distribution design requirements of various regions.
■ Top test channel
The gas-filled cabinet is equipped with an external upper unit for conducting complex tests on cable lines, located above the switch cabinet. When testing cable lines, personnel do not need to interact with the cable products. The cable chamber is enclosed, enhancing the safety of maintenance operations.
