Insulation methods harmful to the environment, such as SF6 in switchgear, will gradually be replaced. Environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main units are gaining increasing attention from individuals and businesses.
The GT-HRM-12 eco-friendly gas-insulated ring main unit is a standardized custom solution product developed by Jubang Group Co., Ltd. in response to the national standardization construction of the distribution network, adhering to the principles of safety, reliability, durability, and universal interchangeability, aiming to enhance the operation and maintenance reliability of the ring main unit. The product fully incorporates advanced production equipment and manufacturing technology, offering flexible combination options, including unit or common box structures. Additionally, it utilizes safe and eco-friendly mixed gas as the insulating medium inside the gas box, replacing SF6, thus addressing the issue of SF6 gas leakage pollution, shortening the delivery cycle, and receiving high praise from users upon its launch.
1.2 Installation conditions
Altitude: ≤2000m;
Environmental temperature: -40℃ to +40℃, with an average temperature not exceeding 35℃ within 24 hours;
Environmental humidity: The average relative humidity over 24 hours should not exceed 95%, and the average relative humidity should not exceed 90%;
Installation environment: The surrounding air should be free of explosive and corrosive gases, and there should be no risk of fire. The installation site should be free from severe vibration and shock;
Seismic resistance: Magnitude 8, ground horizontal acceleration ≤ 0.4g, ground vertical acceleration ≤ 0.2g.

1.3 Product Features and Structure
■ High strength, high sealing
The core components of the switchgear are enclosed within a high-quality stainless steel enclosure achieved through laser welding, ensuring the airtight reliability of the gas box, high mechanical strength, good corrosion resistance, and a protection level of IP67 for the inflatable shell. The gas box is equipped with an explosion-proof membrane, which can effectively prevent damage to people and equipment caused by excessive pressure in the gas box. Enclosing all conductive components within the gas box not only avoids the influence of external environmental factors but also enhances operational reliability, making it maintenance-free and meeting the characteristics of miniaturization.
■Environmentally friendly and non-polluting
The insulating medium is zero-grade dry air or 99.99% N2 that meets the requirements of GB/T8979-2008. The leakage of this gas will not have any impact on the external environment and does not require any recovery treatment.
■ Perfect mechanical interlocking
It features comprehensive mechanical interlocking functions for the "five preventions", with all interlocking functions pre-configured internally. Please follow the order of the operation instructions when operating, making it very convenient to use.
■ Flexible and adaptable expansion design
The modular design allows for diverse unit combinations through dedicated busbar connectors, maximizing the ability to meet the complex and diverse power distribution design schemes across various regions in China.

The grounding observation window utilizes optical imaging principles to maximize the internal view of the observation switch.
